Who we are

This website belongs to ManaVindhu Indian Restaurant ("ManaVindhu", "we"), 11105 State Bridge Rd, Suite 140, Alpharetta, GA 30022, and to our food truck, ManaVindhu Express. You can reach us at (404) 733-7040.

What we collect

• Forms. When you send a catering, sweets, lunch box, pooja, food truck or contact form, we get what you type: usually your name, phone, email, the date and details of your order or event, and your message.
• Rewards. If you join ManaVindhu Rewards, we keep your phone number, your name if you give it, your points and your visits. We send a one-time login code to your phone by WhatsApp or text message.
• Online orders. Orders are placed and paid on Toast's ordering pages, not on this website. Toast handles your card details; we never see your full card number. We receive the order details we need to cook it.
• Messages. If you call, text, email or WhatsApp us, we see your number or address and what you send.
• Basic technical data. Like every website, our server keeps short-lived logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and safe.

Cookies and trackers

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website. The site uses only the cookies it needs to work. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the contact page shows a Google map, so Google can see your IP address when those load. If we ever add analytics, we will update this page first.

How we use it

To answer you, plan and cook your order or event, run the rewards program, and improve our food and service. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.

Who we share it with

• Toast, which runs our online ordering and payments.
• Our website host, and the service that delivers rewards login codes by WhatsApp or text.
• DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub, only when you choose to order through them. Their own privacy policies apply.
• Anyone the law requires us to share it with.

How long we keep it

Form messages and order details are kept as long as we need them to serve you and keep our records. Rewards data is kept while your account is active. Ask us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can leave the rewards program at any time. Call (404) 733-7040, WhatsApp us, or send a message on our contact page.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
